The series is already on the 5th season and stars Hannah Spearritt as Abby Maitland, Andrew Lee Potts as Connor Temple, Ben Miller as James Lester, Ciarán McMenamin as Matt Anderson, Ruth Kearney as Jess Parker, Alexander Siddig as Philip Burton, and Ben Mansfield.

Primeval season 5 episode 1 features the team of Captain Becker trying to save the city from a vicious burrowing creature and it seems that one of them will be in line of danger. The team should do something fast to save each ones lives.
